It's all about the lines
As a result of having spent most of yesterday on a beach I am now sporting a hideous tan line in the exact shape of my bikini. As I looked at myself in the mirror after taking my morning shower I wondered whether I should have just taken everything off and sunbathed in the nude. Tan lines are horrible. I'd best run around without the lights on in my flat after taking showers - my own reflection gives me the shivers.
And what on earth am I meant to do to make the paler parts even out with the rest of my skin? Now, I could apply as much sun block as I could on the tanned parts, cover up those parts and then lie in the sun exposing my paler areas. But that would mean exposing certain parts of my body which is only meant to be seen by medical staff in cases of emergency and M.. And if I was the kind of person who would have no problem doing that I wouldn't be in this mess to begin with. Should I apply fake tan to these parts? Or should I just shrink into the shade whenever I can from now on, plastered with sun block, in the hope that the tan will eventually fade away? I can't decide which is the best course of action.
