Yes, I am in yet another whirlpool of c*** but I must 'just keep swimming' (per Doris in "Finding Nemo")

I called M. at 4 a.m. after I had finished work.
"Oh my goodness, isn't it really late?"
He said, when he realised what time it was for me.
"If I say something about going inhouse being 'boring' again, you can shoot me," I said.
"Just remember, boring is beautiful," he said.

In the morning I had sworn to myself (and this blog) that I was going to spend at least five minutes watching the koi play among the purple water lilies in the ponds surrounding the Bank of China Tower today. Or do something that is equally useless but relaxing. Anything, in fact, as long as it didn't relate to work.

Then M.S. just stopped by to give me Mitsuko Uchida's recording of Mozart's sonatas. The rest of the office is probably breathing a sigh of relief as they are given a break from Macy Gray's 'The Id'.
