I've been wormed. Gross. (Just wait for the panic to set in)

My Outlook is under complete attack. It is generating random emails at a very rapid pace....I was wondering what the hell was going on but now I get it - it is the new email worm (see here). The beauty of working for a small office is the I.T. guys aren't available 24-7 unlike my old firm in London. I tried calling them now to warn them about this but they're not here of course - they're all probably tucked up in bed, sleeping. I guess I should've gone home too instead of having to be one of the few people to notice it first...Guys, if I don't post tomorrow or the day after or... whenever, it will be because my computer has shut down, the entire network at my firm (oops nearly typed in the name) has collapsed and my boss has refused to give me a new laptop on the grounds that I surf too much anyway.

So cheerio for now.

*Ten minutes later, just as she is about to shutdown her laptop, she loses her initial lackadaiscal approach to the Worm Invasion*

OK. Now I'm panicking. What happens if I don't have access to my files ever again? What happens if I don't remember any of the sites I read - do I have to Google everything again? And what about my contacts list? My c.v. ? Oops, I meant 'marketing material'? Photos? My music - do I have to borrow the CDs from M.S. all over again (shouldn't have returned them today of all days)? If I lose all of my friends' email addresses, what then?

I think I need Bach's Floral Remedies.
