Curtain call

It is over. We may not take to wearing black ties like some lawyers in NYC but we probably do need to 'let it all out' as they say in the States:

1. "My friend went to Ohio and all I got was this lousy President" - anyone want a T-shirt by Pea ?

2. "I can't help but wonder what you would have run on had 9/11 not taken place. McCain-Feingold? No Child Left Behind? Medicare Prescription Drug Act?" - an open letter to the President by *Republican* Centinel (see November 3 entry)

3."The heartland needs to try to understand the brainland" - a slogan by the non-singer Bryan Adams

4. "In the past two elections, the pivotal swing state that dashed our candidate's hopes has been a state that I lived in at one time. First Florida, and now Ohio. If this curse persists, in 2008 California will go to the Republicans, and Washington state in 2012" - you can blame it all on B2

5. "All this crap is only raising my blood pressure and damaging my health, so I'm going to try to stop thinking about this and losing my temper" - if melodrama is your way, Woojay has it for you

After all the drama, what else can you do but carry on? Personally, I hope for everyone to eventually settle on some common ground.
